Where is my order and how do I track it?

- 2–6 days for tracking to show movement while the carrier collects and scans the parcel. This is normal and your order is still on the way.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within1–2 business days. Transit times (after dispatch) are typically:
- United Kingdom:5–14 business days
- Remote areas or during peak seasons (Bank Holidays, November–December) may take a little longer.
If your order hasn’t arrivedwithin 20 business daysof dispatch, contact us and we’ll help.
Is shipping really free?
Yes—standard shipping is free UK-wide.
If we offer faster, paid delivery options during checkout, those will be shown before you place the order.
Do you offer discounts or bulk savings?

What if my tracking hasn’t updated for a few days?

- after you receive the tracking email; carriers sometimes don’t scan again until the parcel reaches the next hub.
- no update after 6 business days, reply to your shipping email or contact support with your order number.
- stalled or lost, we’ll work with the carrier and replace or refund according to our policy.
